What is that?

It's a Xiaomi Yi action cam (Linus reviewed its 4K big brother), but this one costs 60e. Cheap and cheerful of action cams.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

The chocolate is decent.  It is what inside what makes peeps back in the States go a bit nuts.  Plus, the fact it is illegal to bring these back to the States (Kinder eggs are banned).

If you want really good chocolate you should try a Hershey symphony bar.  It's really good.

I forget what's inside those and do you know why they're illegal here?

I think the computer this motherboard came from used to sit next to a window , because the RAM slots and PCI slots are slightly yellowed, i could try to treat this with some hydrogen peroxide, but i don't mind it much, this is the motherboard that's going on the pfSense machine, so its going to stay closed most of the time. Maybe if i get a 3770k for cheap this will go into my main machine, because it works sooo well, no problems whatsoever! It even has some trick features, like dual bios.

And i think this came from one of the first batches of this model, some stickers around the board say that it was manufactured in 2011...

Is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide on a motherboard?  I have no idea.

I'm happy the board is working so well for you.  ?

I didn't think a board that old would have a dual-bios.  That's cool.

2011 is a year newer than my old laptop that still works (at turtle speed ?) so I think you'll be ok with it for a while.  ?

The reason for the ban: there is a toy inside.  Thanks to the o, so lovely 1938 Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Person can be fined up to 1200 bucks per egg.  So, fair warning, be super careful if you try bringing these state side.

Let's not forget the part where you can't buy beer until 21, but yet you can go thousands upon thousands of dollars in debt for college, go into the army and get killed, AND buy tobacco at only 18.

There's toys in kids cereal but that's totally different right?  ? /s  lol

I wouldn't have the guts to try bringing illegal stuff home.    Though I'd have to leave the country to get them which is unlikely anytime soon.

Yeah, the drinking age is stupid (then again, most Southerners I know don't pay attention to that law).

There is a few exception in the military.  Like overseas (can be up to the base commander), most of the time they go off the country's drinking age.  So, when we were in Britain, all the peeps under 21 but above Britain's drinking age were having a blast in the pubs.  :P   Though, one dude we had to walk back (crazy stinker not taking the briefing to heart that British beer is stronger).

You be amazed all the crazy stuff us military peeps bring back.  Just easier to hide stuff on military aircraft (so many hidy holes).

Still the one story of an officer bringing back a high end German sports car tops anything I would try.

Since the Audeze iSine's a planar magnetic IEM, I was curious enough to snag one, seems like a long time now since I'd gotten a pair of IEM/headphones.

Everytime i see one of your new Cassette pickups i'm like "man, i need a tape deck". I got a new video/sound setup, any of these days i'll pull the trigger on a nice deck...

It gets harder and harder to find quality cassette decks. Atleast where I live.

I don't know if people are just throwing them out or if all the good decks have found permanent homes.

Which is too bad. Cassette tapes are a lot of fun to collect.

I guess I might aswell make a small update while I'm at it

I got two copies Total Desecration of Existence due to a packing error.

I'm not complaining. I got a sealed copy of CD to give away.

Yea I know that is why I check Goodwill all the time. I found a 6 cassette changer there and i got it on the cheap too. Needs a little cleaning in and out but it is going to be SOOO cool when I do. My thing is i am getting into dat now for doing my vinyl transfer. I think that it is a little cleaner sound when I put it on the computer.
