ff error on MSI 990FXA-GD80 Motherboard

get a read out of ff

my power supply and motherboard are new

i had to replace them

any ideas what to do ?

I did some searching and found someone who had the same error. He said that he knocked the shunt off the jbat1 prongs. I don't know if it'll be any help to you.
