How can your build get anything but a 10/10 :P

But to be honest, would be great if you got a 2nd monitor (even if it just 1080p60Hz).

I personally prefer a standalone mic too, but those are some decent headsets.

6/10 and I'm very curious about that quadro in your build. How'd that happen? Is your pc a workstation?

Heres my my specs taken from my profile. I have so many ssds because I've been buying them on and off for a few years as they go on sale. At the time I started a 1 tb ssd was simply too outrageously expensive compared to now.

-snip-

That's a pretty beast setup.

Kinda messy (with all the different SSD's, but I do understand why).

Nice CPU+cooler+GPU+PSU config. Really like it like that.

As said in my earlier post, I always like to see dual screens :D Even if the 2nd screen is 1080p60Hz.

And by the way, that Qaudro GPU is something I got for free once :P It performs better than onboard in (very low demanding) games, but it is not optimal.

No workstation stuff

I want to upgrade very soon.

I'm not sure since I have no way of testing but I have to say it can still handle the CPU side of games with out bottle necking my rig. Just got the 970 a week ago and only played GTA with it and can still get past 60 fps maxed out on 2560x1080 with 4x MSAA but I have top turn down the population density under half since that's where the CPU is truly taxed.

lopsided built, lots of money invested into psu for nonexistant SLI but can CFX if you don't care about the second one being bottlenecked, random hard drives.

Otherwise, good CPU choice for not wanting to OC, really good GPU choice, how much did your build cost?

Core components are overall balanced pretty well.  I don't really see SSHD's in builds that often, so that's cool.  While I enjoy the 200R, I feel like there are better options out there.  ( I realize that this is the case that I am using as well).

For NoctHorn: I give yours a good 8.6/10....

The standard, solid build for a mid-level gaming rig, nothing bad about it, maybe a tad weak in the casing dept (like you'd said), but casing's a casing... as long as there is adequate airflow. Good thumbs up!

My humble rig: Intel i7-4790 * Cooler Master 412 Slim * MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition * A-Data XPG V2 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 * Gainward GTX-970 Phantom Edition * Samsung 850 EVO 250Gb * Seagate 1Tb. Good build overal. Bad PSU wattage chosen (should had went with 850 watts)

I found my hard drives randomly around my house xD

i got the g2 for 40% off that time :P

score : 9/10

(nice OC on the CPU btw :P)

idk why bad psu wattage chosen, 750w is plenty for all of my stuff and i'm not going to dual card any time soon unless it's nvidia's next series of cards which will be 100% fine on 750w, or just one single 390x etc.

i did think maybe i should have went with an 850w if i wanted to cfx my 290 with another dd model at one point, but decided it's a bit too late for that and technology is going forward leaps and bounds so much that it'd just be better to get a stronger new-gen card.

and thanks!

since i rated you above, next poster pls skip me
