Hopefully this hasn't been posted yet, searched for a topic related to this but couldn't find one.

But also, after you get the 6 months free you also get half off amazon prime. So $50 a year, which is an amazing offer. (cheaper than netflix and you get 2 day free shipping)

UK here. I'm actually building my rig this week, and noticed the Prime for Students thing, thinking it'd be perfect because I could get everything shipped with free one-day delivery. Noticed you had to have an .ac.uk email address, and I should have had one having only just finished college, but they had already deleted all the student email accounts. Really sucks.
