can i change sniper button to be like an throw granade or somethink like that (can i program it )?

I can't say for certain as I do not have this mouse myself.

But I'm pretty sure you can change it, as it's listed as having 8 programable buttons on the mouse via the included software. It's also listed as

"Dedicated Programmable Sniper Button"

Which leads me to believe further that there is more options with this button, but having it for quick dpi changes is it's suggested use.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.
