Planetside 2 definately won't run on a single core cpu.

No, not very well at all. Even on the lowest settings and resolution this PC would struggle.

Planetside 2 is a particularly demanding game.

Nooo.You're CPU bound.

The GPU might handle it but the CPU...hell no.

I was getting 15 fps on the lowest settings with my old  Athlon x2 5000+.Now I got an 4670k and I'm getting 60fps on high.(with a GTX 560)

You will also encounter crashes because you only have 4GB of RAM because it will surely try to address more memory than that.

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.

i heard PS2 devs will fix the CPU scaling issue soon since they are releasing it on PS4

Well that would be good, have not really been up to date with what the Devs are doing with any games..

Probably. Why are you using windows 32bit on a 64bit machine, is the real question here.

-edit-

either way ps2 is free, just try it out

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

Worth a go, as said it's free.

But I seriously doubt it will run on an old CPU like that as it crushes CPUs. My brothers Sandybridge Pentium was brought to it's knees and that is a top end CPU compared to that :P

Planetside 2 laggs on 4GB of memory, even my i5 gets used 80% by Planetside 2,

You can run planetside 2, at 20fps 720 lowest settings probably.  If your willing.

its not my pc, its my cousin's pc and he built it, there may be a good reason why he installed win 7 32 bit, the cpu probably doesnt run 64 bit

You probably can. Just try and install it and launch it. Planetside 2 is hard on the CPU more than GPU. If it can run you'll have to turn everything down to low
