My problem is that When I am instructed to type something, then my typing speed gets halved, if not slowed down even more. (Which also includes me spellchecking.) But if I get to decide myself what to type, (like this), then I type a whole damn lot faster, becuse I can keep my eyes fixed on the keyboard, and not on the screen, so I don't look back and forth.

I got an average of 83 WPM. Was 86, but I got three errors because I didn't capitalize. I'm on a wireless chicklet-style keyboard.

I have scored 115 on TenTypingFingers, but this test was difficult because of the variation of caps lock and special symbols. Also it being in a second language for me, English.

43 wpm and 2 mistakes, so 41 wpm. Eh not too bad since I don't really type correctly.

And that I have ordered a G.Skill km780 (non RGB) with Cherry MX Brown switches.

My typing speed is quite faster, but the mushy, chicklet keys on the K400 make my fingers travel slower. Plus, the keys are all bunched together...
