Glacialtech Igloo H58 enough for i5 4670k OC ?

i have a Glacialtech Igloo H58 cpu cooler for my i5 4670k with to vents 140mm in push pull configuration

is it enough to cool an overclocked i5 4670k ? now i have the i5 at stock freq

what is the safest voltage to OC it for 24/7 usage?

Try 1.2 and go from there.

I wouldn't go above 1.28v but that's just me, definatly however don't go above 1.3.
