About what temps should i be worried about for my cpu?

Yep, those temps are perfectly fine.

You should get worried if your CPU reaches 75-85 degrees, and if your GPU reaches 85-100 degrees (I think, correct me if I'm wrong)

just wondering if my cpu or gpu are over heating?

Here are my pc specs -      http://pcpartpicker.com/b/4pqscf

I get these temps while im playing far cry 3 max settings 1080p. Also is it okay for me to play at these temps for 2-4 hours?

They're fine. Your graphics card will throttle at 85 degrees however.

In my experience you should begin to worry when it starts to get up toward 80C. I could be wrong though.

The graphics card is perfectly fine. If it is running at 80C and not throttling, then you are good to go. I believe that the GTX 700 series is designed to target 80C in order to get the most it can out of the game. My 770 runs at the same temperature when I play Far Cry 3 (everything maxed except AA, at 1080p). I was worried at first too, but the game runs at greater than 60fps. I also don't get temperatures higher than 80C.

I had found a page on Nvidia's site that explains what I mean, but I can't seem to find it again.
