Push-Pull on a Coolermaster 612

BigChimp97

Hi guys

I recently asked for another set of clips for a new fan as an push on my 612, but I then thought that I could use the old one as a pull.... would this be worth it? Or should I just take it out and use it in another build that i'm making for someone?

Would the temps be much difference?

Thanks!!

It's probably worth it, if you have the space and don't Mind the extra noise, it will reduce temps

Yep probably worth it. Normally push/pull on single heatsink configs isn't worth it but the one on the 612 is pretty beefy. You could always test it. Compare temps with push/pull if they're significantly lower (5> degrees Celsius) keep it. If it's not, it isn't worth the extra noise and space it takes up.

I'll probably leave it on then :) might as well, now that it's all on there
