Last few hours of the Steam sale, what are the must-buys

So the Steam Summer Adventure sale ends at 1700UTC today (in 5 hours at time of posting), and it looks like there are some pretty good games featured today (but too many to type out - there are 40 games featured). For those who have the games, what would you say are the must-buys in the small amount of time left? If you can give reasons for your suggestion, that would be great.

I absolutely recommend Prison Architect (just to give you an idea, after owning the game for 24 hours, I had played it for 13 or so hours, with most of the rest of the time sleeping and eating). It's great fun and quite addictive when you get into it!
