"Best" laptop cooling pad

I'm looking at buying the msi gs60 ghos pro 3k (newegg model) laptop and am looking for a good laptop cooling pad for it. The laptop is 15.6'.

The pad must meet most of these requirements:

-needs to be slime: otherwise why buy the smallest and lightest laptop in it's class?

-needs to be inexpensive but not "cheap". Meaning it needs to be sturdy and durable.

-needs to actually cool the laptop and not just block the stock cooling.

-needs to be relatively quit of at least not be louder than the computer.

If anyone has any suggestions/reviews/experience I would be glad to hear it.

Also as a side note, does anyone have a good laptop accessory suggestions? Anything kinda cool/useful. Like the stuff from Linus' handy tech under $100 videos.

2nd on the cooler master products, I had this cooler for over a year and a half. I put some anti slip grip mats, cut to fit in between the fan slots on the feet where the laptop sat. Those stock feet still let the laptop slide. After that it held it firm in place and at 100% speed cooled my laptop 10 degress celsius, yes 10 degrees. I had a dell xps gaming laptop with a 550m and it would get about 80c during gaming, with the pad stayed under 70c most the time. It was fairly quite and well worth the money, the best feature was being able to position the fans directly over my vents instead of having a fixed fan. If my laptop even moved an inch from being perfectly aligned temps would go up 5c. If I ever own a laptop again I will definitely be using a cooler master cooler in the future for it.

I was using a 17" laptop of course and that cooler fits up to 19", but I'm sure the smaller models will offer the same results.

Thanks for the suggestions. Based on experience (I'm more of a console/pc gamer, never had a good enough laptop to game on) how well would one of the cooler master pads work on a laptop that has side intake vents as apposed to bottom ones?
