Uninstalling a piece of software

I have a little problem.

Today I cleaned the software on my PC.

I found the tool "NetSpeed Monitor 2.5.4.0 x64". I used it with WIndows 7. I used the Windws 8 Upgrade function. If I try to uninstall it says "OS not compatible".

Any ideas what to do?

Have you tried going through Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall? I also suggest running a complete anti-virus scan on your PC.

Are you going through uninstall/change a program from Computer?

Look for an uninstaller file in the same Program files folder as the installed program.  Run the uninstaller in Compatibility mode.
