Of course, just set it up during Windows installation, then set it as priority in the boot order list in the UEFI.

Hi,

 

I'm looking at buying a OCZ PCI 240GB drive.   Do you know if Gigabyte motherboards allowing booting from a PCI device?   I have a Gigabyte Z97 Gaming GT motherboard.   Thank you.

i dont know for sure, but im guessing that all motherboards allow that
