Need some help

Got a new setup in place. Gtx780 in SLI. One is the EVGA hydro copper and the other is an msi GTX 780 with a swiftech block. 3770 k OCD to 4.4 @ 1.32V. Graphics cards OCD to 103% using evga precision. PSU was the HX 750. Just changed it to evga 1300 w g2

Problems:

When I'm playing BF4 in Nvidia surround @ 5760x1200 each time I die there is like a significant drop in FPS and it's almost like a stutter in the game. It didn't do this when I only had one card. I thought when I bought the second 780 that it was running out of juice so I bought the new PSU.

In Titan fall I'm having ping problems. I'm constantly at about 100-120. When I go to BF4 I'm at 20-30. And no, nothing is downloading or uploading at that time except the game.

When I fire up a game (happens in both Titanfall and BF4) the centre screen (connected to the display port of the top card) goes scrambled and the surround monitors are fine (connected via dvi). These are apple cinema monitors and I don't have a choice on the type of connection to use. Here is a pic of what I mean. I have to then unplug it and plug it back in and everything is fine. I have updated the drivers twice with no luck.

have you tried changing one peripheral monitor to the center then reconfiguring surround? maybe it's the monitor?

yes, tried that.  I have tried to think what the obvious stuff might be.
