video card power

get a 500w and you will be fine. and a good 500w not some cheapo 500w.

Its around a 120W-130W card... as Windspeed said it has a theoretical cap of 150W given the power connectors it has.  A 550W power supply can power any reasonable system with a single graphics card with room to spare.

 

They overstate the wattage a bit on the box just to be on the safe side since it depends on the rest of your system; plus, a lot of cheap "600W" power supplies are really 400W units in disguise ;)

A good 500w should do you perfectly with room to spare :)
