The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Uhm. We had a guy in my school who bragged about his knife in the hallway, got pushed by people passing by and stabbed a guy in the stomach by accident.  :lol:

 

This is bad parenting and few loose screws not slenderman. He might have done it over a book.

I feel like kids are being babied and are not able to grasp the difference between real life and fantasy.Good parent's can't even discipline their own kids without some hippy saying it's wrong to hit your kids. We should stop trying to raise our kids according to modern day society and start going back to the old days.

Needless to say these girls were probably just mentally ill.

Mentally unstable people existed long before people were moving primative pixels across a screen with stiff joysticks. Blaming a medium of any sort is always a pitiful scape goat. It will never be a solid argument, ever.

It is wrong to hit children. Not hitting them doesn't mean not doing anything. You can still be a proper parent without violence. Blaming a mental illness is almost as bad as suggesting we beat children.

Blaming the medium entirely, sure. But they certainly have an effect on behavior. Any anecdotal examples otherwise ("I was reading A Clockwork Orange in 4th grade and turned out fine") are just that, anecdotal.

That is just a stupid argument, because first if video games were the cause of violence, it´s the parents´ fault for not controlling the stuff their kids do/watch, same thing with kids watching porn, people blame porn for being accesible, but it's really the parents' fault for not controlling what their kids can watch. I'm not saying that porn should be this easy to access tho, but it is pretty easy to control what one can and cannot see on the inteernet
