Which is better ? - Msi Gtx 770 lightning SLI Zotax Gtx 770 Amp! Or Msi gtx 770 lightning sli 2 way ? Can't find any topics on it , thanks in advance

lightning because the lightning series are msis over clocking cards

If I were you, I would probably pick both MSI GTX 770 lightning in SLI because I believe the cooler on their lightning series cards are better and also because it's gonna be less headache in case something bad happens like hardware defect or anything that needs RMA.

 

By the way, it's Zotac not Zotax

If you know how to overclock the card then first thing you need to look at is the cooler design and performance, not the performance of the card out-of-the-box. AFAIK (please correct me if I'm wrong) the cooler on MSI Lightning series cards is better, which means you can overclock your card further and get better performance as well.
