As far as I know, all SSDs are compatible with all motherboards. As long as the motherboard supports 2nd or 3rd generation SATA ports. And your board does - so it should be compatible. You won't get the fullest benefit out of the SSD, but it will work.

Yes it will be compatible since SATA 3 6Gs/s drives is backwards compatible with SATA 3Gb/s.
