So my friend wants a new pc because his old one is too slow and he asked me to choose the best parts. If you could just recommend a build for 1280x1024 res and with decent frames (60 fps or higher @ max settings) at League of Legends , COD:MW3 and MineCraft. Thanks in advance.

What's his budget? Everyone has a budget; some high and some low. He'll probably want an APU though.

I can run the games you said at 60+ fps at max at 1080p, you will have much better performance. If this does not fit your budget, step down to a 4130 for the CPU, and maybe a R7 265 for the GPU.

Keep in mind that he is in Croatia, so shipping is a major factor unless there is a local PC parts store. Damn, this is a tight budget + a bad location.

Ok so he just told me that he doesn't need a case so that money may go into shipping.

Gde kupuje, jel' preko amazona, e-bay-a, ili neke lokalne radnje... I jel' mu trebaju periferije O.o

Btw guys, feel free to correct any mistakes i made in this build :D

Okay, i'll translate for you :D

I said "Try this. It's little over your budget, but it should work good. Even i thought about this build before i "heightened"(literal, it means i got more money for a PC) :D If he wants to lower the price a little bit, he can use 750k :D http://prntscr.com/3gjrkf Btw, i chose FM2+ so he could upgrade in the future :)"

That's the gist of it :D
