Building a gaming pc

I am planing to build a pc in a range of 2 weeks , and i have a 600€ budget = 832$ (as of today,the exchange rate today)

Also , i live in Portugal , so....dont give me links from newegg or amazon because i cannot order them to ship here...

So the other thing is , should i buy a video card (the 270) from Sapphire,MSI,Or Asus ? (Just chose the asus one to match the other components)

Also,will this motherboard be overkill for an amd fx6300,no usb 3.0 , no planning to upgrade...
