So decisions on a rig.

Lets start by saying I did do a bit of research on this, and still I am baffled on whether to go this way or not.

Also I am located on Europe (portugal to be more precise) and prices are bit diferent , by that read Higher.

I am on a budget of 1000€ - 1300€ ( 1300$ - 1700$ ) (tops, I would prefer it be around that, the less the better)

I don't need Peripherals neither mass storage.

Also I know about the new 97 boards and the haswell refresh, and I am hoping that the prices to be reasonable (Maximus Ranger VII seems quite nice for a board at this point).

But still I want a pc that will be able to game at 1080p without a hassle the current + next gen games. I don't mind needing to upgrade regularly, but I don't want to invest in a pc soon.

Also, take in mind that this will be also used as a workstation/gaming rig.

I am not set on any part, that was just a build I set up after a bit of research, I just want opinions and I wiling to wait till next month to buy it  (Haswell refresh, the new boards etc, and also its not a priority right now).

Thanks for you input. Would love to have your comments suggestions.

The best way to save some money is to replace the 780ti with a 780.

The only thing I'm against is the 750D, case has no personality to me. :P It's a great system not, not much I can really complain about with it.

there you go kinda similar to my gaming rig with a little change and the one hot mama of a case.

for psu I would normally recommend the seasonic m12ii 520w 80plus bronze. the gigabyte h87n-wifi is a decent board I got the h77 one and it's pretty cool.

yeah I know all looks so small for the big ass window but hey xD at least you're gonna be different.

doesn't matter what processor you got. for all the bling in there the most important shit there is the gtx 780 and the case as it's what you slap peoples face with when they come to look.

Live your life like a dream.

Wow thats one sexy build, and since I don't need the  1TB HD ( I have a few around :P ) its even cheaper than I was expecting , although I don't actually like that case, but its a matter of personal opinion.

I was inclined to the 900D but thats just a overkill xD, I won't probably need that case at all, and I would be wasting money that could be used somewhere else, you did forget the CPU cooler, but since I already have windows the price wouldnt probably change at all.

The rest of you thanks for the input.

I changed the PSU for the 650W  since 750w might be a bit too much I think.

Any more sugestions?

I dont think the 750W is much problem. I always have around 100-200w more just in case I ever needed it. You might only want to go for 900D when you want to do water cooler + >1 GPU. TheNinjaNextDor's setup is pretty good, case is just depend on your preference so get a 750D if you want or choose any other.

I like big cases, I was looking at the shinobi XL, but it seems to lack the good construction of corsair for example. I want a case that has space for cable management and to had water cooling / more fans  and the 750D seemed to be that plus more. If you know of a case cheaper or around that case that looks solid with those characteristics I would love to see them.

Thanks for all you input. Keep them coming
