Hard Drive Problem

So I just built a new PC and for some reason I'm having issues with one of my hard drive. I have 4 HDDs total but only 3 shows up. Weird thing is it shows up if I remove the back of my case and restarts the computer. What could it be that's causing this? I even took the time to re wire the computer a second time to make sure the connectors where working which they should since everything is new.

Start > right click on computer > manage

Under storage click disk management

I would check the power cable coming from your psu, it might be coming loose when you move it. I wouldn't move a computer while its on anyway because the vibrations from the movement can cause the read head to strike the disk in the HDD.

If you're not moving it to remove to side panel then something must be getting loose in there. Are you doing cable origami?

I had the same issue for about five minutes after I put the cable-management side back on my case, one of the power connectors was pulled out when I put the side back on, confused me for a second, but check that.
