ASUS SPLENDID Video Preset Modes

MetaDrow

What are the differences between these modes? Ive been using scenery mode most of the time because the colours look better than the others, mostly between Standard mode and Scenery mode.

Standard Mode - I find that the colours are a bit grayed

Scenery Mode - Colours are nice

Theatre Mode - Darker than Scenery

Night View Mode - Didn't use

Game Mode - ok

modes are basically just whitebalance/colour presets.

Unless you're doing professional photo editing and need perfect colour reproduction, just pick whichever one you like best and enjoy the view.

Correct, but you want nice colors.

I don't know what your monitor is, but if it came with a calibration report for sRGB and possibly also Adobe RGB color profile. Use that for the best colors out of your monitor.
