you have 2 dual link dvi, 1 display port and one HDMI, i think there should be a way to connect 3 displays

your going to need 1 display port and 2 dual link dvi ports to connect the 3 monitors up together, if you are getting 3 monitors with HDMI outputs only, buy 2 hdmi to dual link dvi cables, one hdmi to dvi connector and a dual link dvi to display port cable

On the Titan or any other NVIDIA card, to run 3 displays, you will need to use the 2 DVI-D and 1 DisplayPort outputs.

DVI-D - 2560x1600
HDMI - 1920x1080
DisplayPort - 3840x2160

Can't remember for VGA but it is no longer part of the display outs of graphics cards.

Not trying to step on your toes, but I have to correct you on something, no pun intended bro

If you have a 4K ready GPU, which the Titan is 4K ready, the HDMI output is not a max out put of (1920 X 1080)

The HDMI actually has a max out put of (4096 X 3112) with a 1.4a HDMI cable http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=0V5-0044-00010&ParentOnly=1&IsVirtualParent=1

Depends if the graphics card supports HDMI 1.4a. Not all support that revision. It only supports a max refresh rate of 30Hz though so it's not viable for gaming.

True, it is not viable for gaming at 30Hz, but the Titian does support HDMI 1.4a, so the statement 1920 X1080 on HDMI, since we are talking about the titan ( all 5 of them) do support HDMI 1.4a, so the Max out put HDMI for a titan is 4096 X 3112.

Yup. Though it also has a display port and that supports 4K @ 60Hz. It's the more viable option.

which is correct, I would rather have 60Hz over 30Hz any day :), but no 1080p monitor supports display port, so does the op really need a display port connector to get 3 monitors to work? No he does not, he can use 2 HDMI to dual link dvi cables and 1 1.4a HDMi cable in order to get 3 monitor displays to work, or he can get a active display port to dvi connector and get another HDMI to dvi connector and get it to work that way as well.

Plus the only 4k display that is affordable at the moment only displays 4K with a HDMI cable :( that really sucks

Actually there are quite a few 1080p monitors that have DisplayPort in. Benq, ASUS, and I think Samsung has as well.

Oh snap :) I have to re track my statement on that LOL, you are right, there are a hand full of 1080p display port monitors. Why is that? if display port was designed  for higher res then 1080p, what would be the purpose of having it on a 1080p monitor?

It's trying to replace the aging DVI-D as the new standard for digital video interface.

I don't know about you? I actually would like to see display port in alot more monitors, I'm really tired of buying active display ports to DVI connectors to use in eyeinfinity/surround. it would be alot nicer just to buy a display port cable just like you would a DVI cable.Less wires to keep track of and alot cleaner on the back of the PC without adapters dangling from the display ports on the back of the GPU's

It won't take long. Almost every new monitor being released has a DisplayPort in.
