Yes "The Major" Motoko Kusanagi I prefer the movie ones at that have more depth than the ones in SAC but the SAC ones are closely based off ones later in the first movie.

Which Deunan? Manga/OVA or 3D CG (movies)? There is also that newer series which I havnt had a chance to check out yet.

Nodame with the keyboard flute thing that i cant remember the name of would be cool (make sure its from first season >.< )

Popura from Working or the one with the sword.

Taiga from toradora

Lucy with her supervisor from Servant x Service

Ein and/or Edd from bebop

Kaiba from well Kaiba for something unique

Michiko from Michiko to hatchen maybe?

Oh I think we need a gundam in the mix! Maybe something from 00 or unicorn?

The instrument Nodame was using was called a Melodica/Pianica. Really interesting instrument.

you dont need to use all of those, just choose the ones you want or think fit together better

It's one of the best anime of all time. in terms of the actions it portrays to its subjective audiences. it promotes friendship and growth in a positive way.
