Man how this massive thread has fallen, from largest thread and most viewed thread on the forum. Honestly surprised it still seems to be 2nd place with views and posts.

I challenged myself to watch all of Naruto (for the first time). I'm on the 13th season of Shippunden. I have times where I can't put the show down and other times where I would rather look at furniture online (I'm moving out in several years from now).

Yeah! It's worth binging. But oftentimes the episodes are pure filler. We're talking about random villages and characters that disappear into the void after the episode is over. We're talking about recycled flashbacks from previous episodes. And I couldn't imagine people watching episodes as they get released. Imagine the shear disappointment. Season 9 😂. But the main plot is fire. Jiraya is my fav' (without giving out too much).

I've been itching to play a mmorpg for a long time now but nothing available right now looks appealing to me.

I'm in the same spot.  Been playing some Albion which kind of scratches the itch, but I don't think that it is good enough for me to stick with.  Might give Tera a go at some point just for something different.

I tried Albion on a friends account, it felt kinda bare bones to me at the time. Didn't get into it.

Tera isn't bad but it's player pop isn't what it use to be, I'm looking for more visceral mmorpg combat.

I really like the economy system that they have in place, but I am finding the combat to be rather lacking.

Sadly I think you can say that for almost all MMORPGs these days.

Yeah Kimi ni Todoke is slow af.

But it it slice of life / romance shoujo manga/anime after all...

I personally really liked it (even though sometimes I was so frustrated with the characters, that I wanted to hard slap them :P ), it certainly has it's place in anime world though, while it uses some basic clichés, it is unique in its own way :)

I went from watching Sukitte Ii na yo (Say "I Love You") and then to Kimi ni Todoke so you can imagine my reaction. But I'm also happy it's more than 1 season. 🤷‍♂️

Golden Time was a good one, made by the same author who did Toradora. Not sure if she's working on anything new now though.

Never understood the point of a rice cooker, honestly.

Does it somehow provide a better result than a regular cooking pot? Or is it more of a "convenience thing" where it's a "set it and forget it" kind of deal unlike the pot where you need to set a 15 minutes timer while it's cooking on low heat?

it's just nice to have it going as set and forget. so you don't have to worries about it in a pot and the cooker will auto after its done cooking will keep it warm.

Multi-functional rice cookers also let you cook porridge/congee, steam things in 'em, bake things in 'em, etc. Baked me a nice Japanese cheesecake in mine before, shared it with the class. 😁

They're super handy, multi purpose ones can cook all sorts of stuff. It'll keep the food warm as well.

Been using one for decades now, don't know how'd I go about without one.
