apparently from the email it says that if i keep doing it they'll throttle my internet for a few days. interestingly it doesn't mention what will happen if it still continues but i imagine verizon will be pretty pissed at me.

Isn't there some kind of loose "Three Strike" rule that exist?

I think eventually they have the right to deny you service or something similar along that line.

Not 100% on this though.

@wolfgang 3million down. Only 11million to go lol. Im averaging between 500k to 700k a day. Though im about to start folding durning the night only, so i can actually use my pc

Nice. I only fold while I am at work. If I do fold at night then it is a really cold night.

damn verizon managed to catch me using popcorn time. got an email detailing that i infringed copyright laws, but it was only a warning. i feel one reason they found out is that they're monitoring meta traffic, or someone is monitoring it. i have no idea how far this could affect privacy but i'm a bit suspicious about it. though that doesn't really matter since using popcorn time is technically illegal, and i should already know that. it still comes down to the fact that verizon found out relatively quickly, and they most likely wouldn't have found out unless they were monitoring network packets.

Its usually not the isp that watches. They are just the ones that tell you to stop.

I think there is a list on their site about what they do each time.

Got a fluids test tomorrow morning that I haven't studied for. Going depend on Marky and Makoto and the jungle friends to keep me up.

Pretty good walking music.

lol, I hope your professor/instructor doesn't care if people code are matching up too often.

I don't have any exams for another 2-3 weeks, lots of delay from the snow a few weeks back.

Having an online technical writing class is hella annoying, but having every Friday off is also nice as well.

Askew said my mouse sensitivity is insanely high apparently.

1000 DPI with usually around 5.0 in-game sensitivity in source games, dunno what to reference that to.

motherfucker I get no days off

MTF Fluids and Solids, MTWTH programming and measurements.

Live 10 miles from school, but the drive is sometimes upwards of 45 minutes not including the sometimes 30 minutes to park.

Babushka in solids gives a quiz every. single. day

lab reports due weekly in addition to design project

program due weekly, for which 80% of us the situation is "doesn't how to program, does it anyway"

weekly quiz in programming class, weekly quiz in programming lab

for fucks sake nothing drives me dropout insane more than quizzes rammed in my face every time I get comfortable in a chair

the school is great and all but a small school in some desolate area is starting to look super attractive

sometimes I wonder how it feels to come to school and "business/psychology and chill"

The only problem with being "extra sneaky" is that torrent speeds suffer, otherwise I would be "extra sneaky" all the time.

Im actually kinda surprised by my 980ti temps lol. it runs cooler than my 280(which is a way lower end card) when folding XD. fans are maxed but its still quiet. my h110i gtx is louder than this card lol

Sucks that your 770 wont work as a folding card

leave it at 70% or so, running it a few degrees warmer is better than running the fans at 12v constant

good to know though if they fail then i still have the warranty, or ill just rob the ones of my 280, did decrease it to 65% and temps went up to 62c. still not bad. thanks for the tip.

also plan to water cool this summer so ill be getting rid of the cooler anyway

That's high, but if you have the dexterity then it's fine.
