HTC one (M7) Compass Calibration

Hey everyone,

 

I am having problems with my HTC one M7 Compass where when i'm using GPS the compass sometimes points in a different direction than where i'm moving, which makes it pretty difficult to see where i'm supposed to go.

 

Is there any calibration process I could do?

 

any easy fix suggestions?
