In need of a gigabit switch...

I'm looking for a gigabit switch that has at least 8 ports, with a budget of under $35 USD (I can expand if absolutely necessary), and will be buying from the US. I've been looking at this particular switch, but I'm not sure if it's a good buy. I need it for mostly copying large files between PCs over LAN, and to connect a secondary router in my basement for streaming video, as well as some other devices. Any help?
