Cannot find a free download (The song is free, but I can't find it anywhere on the internet in a bitrate > 128kbps, must not have been looking hard enough)

I was randomly browsing YouTube until I saw this game soundtrack and started listening to it... Brought back some more or less fun memories (throwing my Dualshock 2 controller to walls in anger due to difficulty of the game as a young child)...
