Brother is gonna run an h110 in push pull and he needs good silent fans. Located in the United states and keep it under 20 dollars each.

EDIT: Doesn't want noctuas because they're ugly, and we can't seem to find sp140s online. All that comes up is mislabeled af140s

Doesn't want noctuas because they're brown. And sp140s apparently don't exist guys. Can't find them anywhere

Corsair don't make SP140s yet, we're still waiting

 

I believe Bitfenix Spectre Pros 140mm are well regarded fans, as well as Be Silent Fans (Don't know if they come in 140mm varients though)

SP140 do exist, they only come with the cooler- but they are crappy. 

 

Someone on the forum runs af140's on their h110.

Akasa Viper 140mm PWM. Can be noisy at full blast, but they are pretty decent at slower speeds. (Used to own a few 120's). Plus they look amazing.
