Best cpu cooler under 60$

I was wondering what is the best cpu cooler under 60$ for a LGA 1150 socket that has a i7 4770k on a msi gd65. I was looking at the be quiet shadow rock and the h60. Also I understand nochtua is good at this too. Thanks

If you could stretch like $15 more than get a Dark Rock Pro 3. It's so much better than what you picked out. Out of those 2, I would get the Shadow Rock or a 212 evo

Ryzen 1600@3.8ghz / 16gb 2400mhzASRock B350 ITX / Gigabyte RX 470 4gb / 256gb M.2 / SG13B-Q / Corsair 450w

The Havik 140 is just about as good as the NH-D14 but just a bit louder.

Dark Rock Pro 3 vs NH-D14, thoughts?

The Dark Rock Pro 3 is better.

Here you go (:

This video says nothing about the actual performance and whatnot..

TekSyndicate's review is a bit more relevant:

True. Ripjaws will not fit under the Havik 140 due to the size of the fans.
