OK i have overclocked MY CPU and GPU

ok when i got my computer componits i overclocked it right away this is what i got i am going to show you temps in picture i made are these alright temps

My only question should i go higher or stay right their with my overclock and are the temps alright or high this is on IDLE not on load

Try furmark i usually use that

Temps seem good 

 

 

i noticed core #0 went to a bit higher than the other cores

Its probably using the single for to manage the graphics card nothing to worry about

30% OC is the safe option. Since your temps are now ok, you can try how much you can OC and then think what clocks are best for your use. With GPU you can use profiles for oc and have higher oc on only when you need extra power.

my motherboard wont let me go over 4.5 for some reason tryed everything don't know if their is a switch or option in my bios if someone has some advise to getting close to 4.5 - 4.7 it would be greatfull

Make sure you stress test your cpu for 24 hours strait and get no errors with prime95 on small FFT while also make sure the cpu doesn't exceed 90 degrees, just as a long term safety measure ;)
