Cadillac might be pushing it, pretty sure it's some kind of frankenstein car made by some guy using a lot of corvette (chassis I believe) as well, but you're right. Extra points for getting the origins of the picture!

exactly, known as the Sterling Kit car, was really famous during the 80's

built on a VW beetle chasis, but a friend of mine built one out of a tubular structure
