So I need a board with BIOS Flashback and i'm good?

Yup :)

Hi :)

I'm planning on buying a new computer, from scratch, no previous motherboards or CPU or anything like that, a fresh PC, and I have a question.
I want to buy the new Ryzen 5 5600X and as I understand I can't boot with B450 or B550 motherboards so I need another and older AMD CPU and then boot it up and then update the BIOS and only then I can use my new Ryzen 5 5600X.

So my question is:
If I buy the Ryzen 5 5600X, which motherboard will boot up without me needing an older CPU?

Of course once it's booted I will update the BIOS, but I don't want 2 CPUs.

What's your budget/country?

If you can find a B450 or B550 motherboard with BIOS Flashback/qFlash/etc. which allows you to update the BIOS without a CPU installed then that would be perfect. The thing with B450 and I believe X470 boards is they likely won't get the supported BIOS until January of 2021 at least.

So if I buy the X570 I won't have any issues?

X570 or B550 both have boards that do and don't have BIOS Flashback, just have to check the boards to make sure. Both will need an update though unless you get lucky and get one on the latest BIOS already which should have support.

Okay, Thank you :)
I hope that I'm not bothering you but I have 1 more question:
If I buy Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS WIFI will Ryzen 5 5600X work with it straight up without BIOS updates?
I'm asking this because in the site it says "AMD AM4 Socket: Ready for 3rd and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen™/3rd, 2nd and 1st Gen AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Graphics Processors"
So it's ready for 3rd gen (which is the Ryzen 5 5600X, right?)
I'm a bit confused here, sorry.

No worries, it's very confusing 3rd gen is referring to Ryzen 3000 series in this case while Zen 3 will be Ryzen 5000 series (4th gen technically)

Ok, so Ryzen 5 5600X is "Zen 3" which is like "4th gen".
So, as I was asking: will Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS WIFI work with Ryzen 5 5600X without me needing another CPU in order to update the BIOS?

It does not have a BIOS Flashback feature unfortunately.
