Budget (USD): 2'000 to 2'500

Country:USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, Minecraft Java, Genshin impact,Streaming,Coding,                  

Other details (want to play at 240 hz if possible, I have built a computer, I need it to be easily portable because i need to be able to take it to and from my parents houses and to friends houses for LAN parties after the quarintine)
