I over clocked my cpu and now my pc boots into a grey screen

So I was in my bios to enable my new ram and I decided to try overclocking. So I have a ryzen 7 3800x and a b450 tomahawk max. My cpu has a base clock of 3.9 and a boost of 4.5, so I did some research made sure it had the right voltage and did a minor boost to 4.1. So when I exited the bios I went into a great screen but I have it a bit and still nothing. I manually restarted and it did the same thing no branding or anything so I know it’s not just windows. Everything works on my pc and all the rgb is active but I’m scared and don’t know what to do.

Ryzen 3000 series is pretty clock sensitive so you probably just pushed it a little too far and it can't finish windows boot sequence.

power off the computer, turn off the power supply, hit the power button a few times (clears the CMOS memory to default) and try another boot.

a potentially better way to overclock for the newer user is Ryzen Master software, it lets you do the same things as the bios but within software and test everything right away in program for stability.

next step would be remove all but one RAM stick, clear cmos and restart,

reseat CPU, clear cmos and restart,

reseat all power cables, restart,

basically start from one end of the power path and trace it back to the wall.

Ok so I put my cpu and cooler back but when I booted up it’s just stuck blowing and full speed like it Norma does when it boots up but it won’t stop and my monitor it’s displaying anything
