Is this LED monitor upgrade worth it?

I currently have an Alienware (DELL) AW2310 3D Monitor 120Hz and I was looking to upgrade to the VG240QE 144Hz Monitor w/out G-SYNC...

 

Is this a worthwhile upgrade?
