Which of the following PSUs?

Ligonsker

I already bought the Corsair CX550 but cancelled because I saw in a few places that it's noisy. I want the PSU to be quiet, but of good quality as the CX and at the same price range. I was thinking one of these:

-Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro Series
-Antec NeoECO Gold Zen Series

Or the CX is not that noisy? Or you have better suggestions?

Thanks!

To get quiet you will have to jump up a tier in quality/price really.

thank you guys. I just saw that it was the highest under load in some testings. What about this 10-year warranty, new SuperNOVA GA psu by EVGA: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Supernova-Modular-Warranty-220-GA-0650-X1/dp/B07WW1XK45

The GA really isn't all that great, and it has issues with the RTX 3000 series cards, confirmed issues.

Ah too bad PSU prices soared. Last year the RMx series was a no brainer at 90$

I don't see what you see.  He tested at an ambient of 30 to 32°C and only found the B3 and beQuiet System Power to be quieter.

Also, the guy that wrote the review is the same guy that runs Cybenetics and gave the Lambda A rating for noise to the CX550.

That said, we're still talking about PSUs that are not engineered for low noise.  If an extremely quiet CX550 is STILL too loud for you because your case is up on your desk 2 feet from your ear, then you need to stop looking at these sub $100 units and look at something that's actually marketed as a low noise unit.

Are you the one and only Jon G founder of JonnyGuru, the first to implement the llc in atx PSUs, the one to make the thinnest laptop power brick? Honor, and I also asked this question in your website haha
