My R4

red_leader1138

Very nice and clean build buddy. Just to let you know if the case is same as mine, the top plastic bracket for the HDD caddy does infact screw off with 4   +  screws. I know its only a small thing, but would make it look that little bit cleaner.

Think that swiftech could fit in an r 4 with a z77 m- power board at the top like youres

I'm wondering nearly the same thing, about whether it would fit with a Sabertooth Z77 and its "thermal armor."

You can check the H220 owners thread over on overclock.net, I think I saw someone with the same setup.

After searching through the owner's thread for the H220 and just generally searching about it, I have come across multiple pictures of Define R4 cases with H220s installed in them, but none had a Sabertooth motherboard as well.

WOW. That's exactly what I picture in my mind when I think of the next computer I would try to build. Which, is a long way off.

The #1 reason I want to get an X79 CPU is so that I can get that motherboard. Some day... some day. Nice job on the sleeving and cable management too. Brilliant build.

Grey. Minimalistic. R4. Perfect.

I saw your build on Reddit and commented on it. I just saw it here again and I can't resist. I love that build. So fucking clean. I have only had my Define R4 for a bout a month and have already rebuild in it twice, and am going to be doing it again soon if I finally convince myself to delid. I really think I am going to move my SSD to the back and my HDDs to the top bays like you did. I just fucking love how clean that is. And it allows for a super think 240mm rad in the front for expanding the H220 loop.

Thanks
