Black or White Case?

Hey guys, 

 

I'm gonna build a PC next year.

 

I've chosen the Lian Li Lancool II mesh RGB.

 

I'm not sure which colour to choose.

 

I have the IKEA Linnmon Alex desk in full white

 

Here's a link to see it.

 

What colour do you guys think would suit it best?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Case: Phanteks eclipse P400A

Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WiFi

GPU: MSI RTX 3060 TI Gaming X Trio

RAM: 16GB XPG D60G CL16 3200MHZ

PSU: Sharkoon SilentStorm Cool Zero 650W

Storage: Crucial P2 1TB

While I like the look of the white version of that case better, I worry it wouldn't provide enough contrast with the all-white desk, and the PC would kind of blend in. Then again I have a black desk with a black PC case and it doesn't look too bad.

White if you want more light to shine out of the system and want dust to show up less

Black if you like more stealth systems and don't want it to yellow.

 

but ultimately it comes down to personal preference. depends on the components in the system too
