LMG should start up a dedicated unboxing channel again!

So recently I've been going through the LTT video history on YouTube and just enjoying the old unboxing/build guide videos all over again from the Ivy Lake/Haswell era.

I'd absolutely love to see a stripped back, dedicated PC component unboxing and walkthrough channel for any newcomers to the PC game.

They're the videos that made me confident enough to build my own PC way back then, and I feel this generation are missing out, because most/all channels gloss over the features and installation of different parts and just palm it off, saying 'but you knew that anyway' - some people don't.

Don't know if there's enough of a market for it, but a 2-3 times per week unboxing/back to basics PC building class channel would be well received by me - and I'd watch it even though I know how to build a PC in its current format!

Any thoughts anyone?

I guess but I was angling more at PC components and feature overviews - then bringing them into build guides etc. Or comparisons between all the Z490 /X570 motherboards, stuff like that. Build off - best Ryzen build v best Intel build. I dunno, something a bit more fun and intuitive regarding good old fashion system building,

Is there anything they didn't cover in their old videos?  Anybody who *needs* that info can YouTube search for it and very likely get the old videos in the results.  So why remake old content if nothing has changed?

There are channels that already do that, Such as GamersNexus, Hardware unboxed and such, and they take a lot of time and effort for not much pay off. Its a lot of technical stuff that generally the average viewer doesnt really care about.

Me personally i love that kind of stuff, hence why i enjoy Gamers Nexus and Buildzoid, even if buildzoid rambles for 40+ minutes ;..;

I miss 3DGameMan for that of kind contend. The frustration in Rodney's eyes when the motherboard tray was not removable.
