Should I upgrade from a ZOTAC NVIDIA 960?

I just really need to know, Its served me well since i started playing more demanding games but it runs VR at around 10 fps

what about your CPU? that's a big factor for VR performance

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I would go for like a used 1070 over a 1660 super. If you got super lucky while bidding you might be able to get a 1080 for about $200 on Ebay but its not as likely.
