I hear a sound in the headphones like a beeping when moving the mouse or when i keep a key on the keyboard pressed

I got that when upgrading to a better GPU, it most likely is electrical interference from your GPU.

 

I just bought a small USB DAC (FiiO K3), that made it go away, and also because my headphones needed more power than my onboard could supply.

Even a cheap one should help, but Im not quite sure.

 

Maybe try a different output first, and see if the problem is still there. Something like toslink.
