i am confused between those monitors

i am going to buy a gaming monitor for gaming purpose only and i don't know what to pick between those aoc 24g2 144hz ips , aoc c27g2 165hz VA and aoc c27g2z 240hz VA i have amd rx 5700 and ryzen 5 3600 please help

The reason I asked was that some games benefit from framerate far more than others, if that is important to you then aim high Htz, if you want more eyecandy aim for higher resolution but accept that the frame rates will suffer.
