Buying mechanical keyboard for gaming.

Suyash Kerkar

I am buying a mechanical keyboard for gaming for very first time.

Which mechanical switch should I go for?

I want a feel while typing and low noise.

if youre not blowing your eardrums out with mx blues are you truly getting the full mechanical keyboard experience? its like pudding keycaps, you gotta have em sometime so might as well get both out of the way real quick

note that mx browns has some of the lightest tactile bump ever (almost feels like linear to some ppl)

You could try to look for other tactile switches than the mx brown.  I have 2 set for now, the kailh speed copper and the kailh box burnt orange.  I like them both even tho they are quite different.  I know there's a lot more tactile switches but finding a keyboard with those might be hard ... gf has a rosewill k81 with kailh brown and they are more tactile than the cherry brown, maybe that would suit you well.
