Cheapest 240gb or 250gb ssd with dram cache

Helpful Tech Witch

Im looking for a ssd, possibly wishful thinking, possibly going to do it, but what is the least expensive ssd around 250gb that has dram cache? Nothing important will be held on it, so it doesnt have to be high quality, but faster than a 5400rpm hdd. Also, as a side question, is $28 usd for a 2x2gb kit of ddr2 667mhz sodimm a reasonable price?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

The TCSunbow X3 250GB looks to be a couple bucks cheaper than the A400, and it does have a DRAM cache (how large said cache is however is pretty much unknown, but I guess it's better than nothing):
