Signal drops to monitor

I built my PC only a couple of months ago and it was working fine until recently I started experiencing signal drops to monitor at start up. Now this happens all the time and its really hard to work. Suddenly the monitor looses the HDMI signal and comes back on. My pc specs are:

i3-9100F

Asus Prime H310M-E R2.0 motherboard

MSI GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC card

16GB G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 ram

ThermalTake 450W power Supply

Lets get the easy fixes out of the way first.

Make sure the issue is either the monitor or the PC, also try using another cable just to be sure thats also not it.

I would recommend to use the Monitor either on another Computer if possible or just disconnect your GPU and connect your Monitor directly to the Mainboard.

This way you can locate the issue more accurately which makes it way easier to help you.

My processor doesn't have integrated graphics on it, I will try plugging in the monitor to a friends pc and see, I just ordered some new cables too lets see after it comes.....
