Green horizonal lines on monitor

Hello, i've upgraded my gpu to a GTX 1660 SUPER and i've experienced these green horizonal lines on my monitor and i don't know how to solve it.

I've noticed that if i change the resolution, they disappear but i've not found a solution yet

 

Can somebody help me?

Can somebody help me?

Make sure your cables aren't loose and if that doesn't fix it, try replacing them. You can also try a different type of cable if possible.
